Program Development and English Learner Program Consultation
Our experienced consultants will work with your building leadership and teaching staff to help you organize programming to best meet the needs of your EL students. Our area of speciality includes developing programs for: new-to-country students, students with limited and/or interrupted education (SLIFE), migrant students and longterm English learners. We also specialize in helping school districts develop systems that will also best meet the needs of dual identified Sped and EL.
(Proposals will be provided based on the scope of the work)
Equity Work and Supporting Systems Change
Our diverse team will work alongside your district or school to help you analyze data and address gap areas. We provide professional development to district leaders, teaching staff and support staff to understand how implicit bias are formed and what educators can do to disrupt bias in education. We will help you set goals and implement culturally relevant practices that will help students best connect to the lessons in the classroom.
